On any quote (over $500), we firmly believe that the pricing we have given you is fair for the effort, quality, knowledge, workmanship and customer service for each repair that we propose to do.
However:
We understand that you, as our client , may have a preconceived idea as to what a repair should cost. In our goal of wanting you to be our customer for life, we will find a way to make this happen. If you wish to have the recommended work done and our pricing is not what you had expected, we ask the following of you
- Call our office and ask to speak to the estimator regarding your quote
- Be prepared to tell us what you feel the job is worth
- Be open hearing our concerns and our costs
- Together we negotiate a price that is fair to both of us.
